1. Customer Liability for Lost or Damaged Property: As a customer, you assume full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged property that may occur during your event. This responsibility extends to all gaming equipment provided by The Backyard Gaming Company.
In the event of any loss or damage, we will assess the necessary repair or replacement costs for the affected items. As the customer, you will be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined by our team.
To ensure transparency and accuracy, our staff conducts a thorough inspection before and after each event. We encourage you to inspect the equipment and venue upon arrival and promptly notify our team of any existing damages or issues. Similarly, we will conduct another inspection after the conclusion of your event.
We understand that accidents can occur, and we greatly appreciate your honesty and prompt communication if any damage arises during your event. Should any accidents or damages occur, please inform our team immediately.
By booking our services and participating in the event, you agree to accept liability for any lost or damaged property caused by you or any member of your group. This includes damages resulting from accidents, negligence, or any other actions that may harm our property.
2. Disclaimer for Injuries: While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, participation in games and activities carries inherent risks. As the customer, you acknowledge that engaging in gaming activities involves physical movement and potential hazards.
Please be aware that The Backyard Gaming Company and its staff are not liable for any injuries that may occur while using our games or participating in the event. By attending the event and using our equipment, you assume all risks and release The Backyard Gaming Company and its representatives from any liability related to injuries.
We prioritize your safety and urge you to play responsibly and follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff.

3.Cancellation Policy: We completely understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your event and would like a full refund of your deposit, please make sure to notify us 72 hours in advance of the event start time. We value our customers and want to accommodate your needs as best as we can. However, due to the nature of event planning and the preparations involved, we require sufficient notice for cancellations in order to provide you with a refund. Please keep in mind that any cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event will not be eligible for a full refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
4.Deposit: To secure your bundle, you will need to provide a deposit. There are multiple payment options available for the deposit, including cash, Venmo, and Zelle. If you prefer a more convenient method, we can also send you an invoice for the deposit.
5.Booking Deadline: There's no deadline to book your bundles. Our games operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, ensuring everyone gets a fair chance to reserve. So, gather your friends and family and book your bundle. Get ready to enjoy endless fun and excitement!
